EcoEden, LLC is committed to delivering professional landscaping, organic soil health, and fertilization services that meet or exceed industry standards. Every client interaction — from initial quote to completed service — is handled with transparency, accountability, and care.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
All services are outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.
All service-related requests, changes, or concerns must be submitted through the client portal or in writing within 24 hours of a scheduled visit. Requests made outside this window will be addressed at the next scheduled service or at management's discretion.
It is the client's responsibility to maintain current and accurate contact information, including phone number and email address, to ensure uninterrupted communication regarding scheduling, billing, and account status.
EcoEden, LLC applies a proprietary liquid concentrate fertilization system formulated specifically for Florida's soil and climate conditions. Clients enrolled in a fertilization program should understand the following:
Written Reports
All active fertilization program clients receive written reports following each service visit, documenting products applied, observed conditions, progress notes, and care recommendations.
Full Plant Health Reports — Quarterly
A comprehensive full plant health report is completed once every three months for each active fertilization client, providing an in-depth assessment of every plant in the program. In addition, partial reports will be issued for any plant requiring extra attention between quarterly cycles.
Any renderings, design mockups, or visual representations provided with a quote are artistic interpretations only — not contractual representations of the final outcome. Plant species, sizes, colors, and proportions may differ based on availability and site conditions. The final scope of work is governed exclusively by the written quote accepted by the client.
EcoEden, LLC operates year-round. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and preferred service rates. Services delayed due to rain, severe weather, or holiday observances will be rescheduled to the next available business day. EcoEden is not liable for delays caused by weather or Acts of God.
Routine Maintenance Visits
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a maintenance visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No refunds or credits will be issued for skipped or cancelled recurring maintenance visits.
Lighting Installations & Projects with Committed Materials
For holiday lighting installations and other projects where materials have been ordered or committed, cancellations at any point after a deposit has been received will result in forfeiture of that deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
EcoEden-Initiated Reschedules
If EcoEden must reschedule due to crew availability, equipment issues, or other operational circumstances, the client will be notified promptly and the service rescheduled at the earliest available date at no additional charge.
Unless otherwise specified in the approved quote, invoices are due within seven (7) calendar days of issuance. Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a one-time late fee of 10% of the overdue amount.
Card on File Requirement
All EcoEden clients are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file at all times. By engaging EcoEden's services, the client authorizes EcoEden, LLC to charge the card on file for any invoice that remains unpaid 14 days after the invoice date. Failure to maintain a valid card on file may result in service suspension.
Outstanding Balances
Services may be suspended for accounts that remain unpaid beyond 14 days. All outstanding balances must be resolved before any warranty claims, replacement work, or new service requests will be processed.
Clients are responsible for preparing their property prior to each scheduled service visit:
All green debris generated during service will be mulched on-site or removed unless otherwise specified. EcoEden does not remove non-organic debris, including trash, construction materials, or storm-dumped material, unless previously arranged and priced accordingly. Additional charges for out-of-scope debris require client approval before work begins.
Sod Warranty: 30-day limited warranty on sod installations, covering up to 10 square yards per pallet that fails to survive, provided proper watering has been maintained throughout the establishment period.
Landscape Warranty: 30-day full replacement warranty on all plants, shrubs, and trees purchased and installed by EcoEden. A 50% replacement credit is available for material that fails between 31 and 90 days post-installation. Relocating any installed plant material voids all warranty coverage.
The following conditions void all warranty coverage: improper watering or irrigation neglect; no active irrigation system; pest or animal damage; application of pesticides or fertilizers by client or third parties; Acts of God; outstanding balances on the client account at the time of warranty claim.
EcoEden, LLC is not responsible for the deterioration of lawn or plant health resulting from conditions outside our direct scope of service. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-existing poor soil conditions, insufficient or excessive irrigation, pest infestations, disease, root damage, or the application of products by the client or third parties.
EcoEden takes care to protect client property during all service visits. EcoEden, LLC is not liable for damage caused by hidden debris or obstructions not disclosed prior to service. Damage directly resulting from documented crew negligence will be assessed and repaired at EcoEden's expense. Clients are encouraged to report visible damage within 72 hours of the service visit.
If any service is incomplete or does not meet expectations, clients are encouraged to notify EcoEden within 72 hours of the scheduled visit. EcoEden will dispatch a crew to correct the issue at no additional charge. Complaints reported after a significant delay may be more difficult to assess, as conditions change over time.
Recurring maintenance clients receive priority scheduling, consistent crew assignments where possible, and preferred service rates. All recurring service agreements are subject to periodic rate reviews, with advance written notice provided to clients prior to any pricing adjustment.
Services performed by EcoEden are limited strictly to those listed in the approved quote or service agreement. Additional charges may apply for out-of-scope work including storm debris removal, emergency clean-up, or work requiring specialized equipment or licensed subcontractors. EcoEden will obtain written client approval before performing any out-of-scope work.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, EcoEden's total liability to a client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event.
EcoEden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost profits or loss of use, regardless of whether EcoEden has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EcoEden, LLC and its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: the Client's breach of this Agreement; inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client; conditions on the Property not caused by EcoEden; or injury to third parties on the Property that is within the Client's control or responsibility.
EcoEden, LLC maintains general liability insurance consistent with Florida industry standards. Proof of insurance is available upon written request.
EcoEden shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, drought, extreme heat, governmental orders, water restrictions, fertilizer blackout ordinances, supply chain disruptions, or other Acts of God. Affected services will be rescheduled to the next available date rather than refunded.
EcoEden is committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. If a concern cannot be resolved through normal service communication, either party may escalate it in writing to EcoEden management at Owner@EcoEdenLandscapes.com.
For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue a claim in small claims court in Pinellas County, Florida, without the need for formal arbitration. For disputes exceeding small claims court limits, the parties agree that Florida law governs and that venue lies in Pinellas County.
EcoEden, LLC designs and installs permanent outdoor lighting systems including path lighting, uplighting, accent lighting, and architectural facade lighting.
Installation
All permanent lighting work begins with a written quote and signed approval. Fixture models, colors, and placement may vary slightly from renderings based on site conditions — the written quote governs the final scope.
Workmanship Warranty — Permanent Lighting
EcoEden offers a 1-year workmanship warranty on all permanent lighting installations, covering wiring connections, fixture mounting, and transformer configuration. Warranty does not cover: damage caused by irrigation systems, lawn equipment, digging, or third-party activity; flooding, lightning strikes, power surges, or Acts of God; fixtures moved or tampered with by the client or third parties; or outstanding balances at the time of claim.
Ongoing Maintenance
Permanent lighting maintenance is available as a recurring add-on or billed as-needed. Service calls to address damage outside the workmanship warranty — including homeowner-caused damage, irrigation, lawn equipment, power surges, or Acts of God — will be charged a service fee at the then-current rate.
EcoEden, LLC provides professional installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary holiday and seasonal lighting for residential and commercial properties.
Lights & Equipment Ownership
All holiday lighting and installation hardware supplied by EcoEden is purchased by and becomes the property of the client upon installation. EcoEden installs only lighting that is supplied, sold, or leased by EcoEden — lighting purchased by the client from third-party retailers or installers is not accepted for installation.
Storage
At the end of each display season, clients may choose to have EcoEden store their lights and equipment at no additional charge, or may elect to take possession of their lights and store them independently.
Returning Client Discount
Clients who return in a subsequent season using the same lights receive a 10% discount on the installation fee for that season.
Installation & Scheduling
Installations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure a date. A suitable exterior electrical outlet must be available and accessible at the property prior to installation.
Maintenance During Display Season
EcoEden will maintain EcoEden-supplied holiday lights during the display period stated in the approved quote. Repairs arising from normal use, product defects, or installation issues are included at no additional charge. Damage from client modifications, third parties, animals, extraordinary weather, or power surges may be charged separately with prior client approval.
Display Period & Takedown
The display period end date is stated in the approved quote. Takedown is scheduled during the agreed January window. Client-requested early or late takedown outside the agreed window may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Damage & Liability — Holiday Lighting
EcoEden is not liable for minor incidental contact with gutters, fascia, shingles, or landscaping inherent to the installation process. Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of service. EcoEden is not responsible for property damage, fire, electrical issues, or injury resulting from client tampering, use of third-party equipment in connection with EcoEden's installation, or Acts of God.
